About this role
Provide and coordinate independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team. This job commitment is 72 hours within each four (4) week scheduling period, which includes three (3) 12-hour weekend shifts. It also includes one (1) summer holiday and one (1) winter holiday per calendar year.

Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland, or eligible to practice nursing in Maryland due to Compact state agreements
- Unit-based licensure as required (NPR, STABLE, ACLS, Trauma 101, etc.)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Two (2) years of nursing experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
- Associate degree in nursing
- Maintenance of ten (10) contact hours of continuing education every two (2) years
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Preferred: Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a specific specialty such as critical care, med/surg, or pediatrics
