A Golden Hand Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!
This is a unique part-time opportunity requiring approximately 10–15 hours per month , with the flexibility to arrange much of the work around your own schedule.
This position could be a great fit for a retired or semi-retired RN who wants to stay active in nursing and continue making a difference in the community, or an RN looking to earn some additional income without committing to a traditional part-time schedule.

We are a supportive, team-focused in-home care agency committed to helping our caregivers succeed and providing our clients with quality care while allowing them to remain as independent as possible.
RN Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to
- Perform caregiver RN delegations in clients' homes , including catheter care, medication administration, MARs, and other appropriate delegated nursing tasks.
- Conduct medication training approximately once per month for new caregiver hires .
- Train and support caregivers so they feel confident and successful performing delegated tasks.
- Monitor Medication Administration Records (MARs) for assigned clients.
- Complete required 90-day client evaluations , which can be scheduled to best fit the nurse's availability.
- Perform client reassessments following a change in condition .
- Review and maintain assigned client charts to ensure nursing documentation is accurate and current.
- Communicate changes in a client's condition, care needs, or care plan to the appropriate office staff.
- Assist with new client intakes and nursing-related assessments as needed.
- Work closely with the Administrator and office team regarding client care and caregiver needs.
- Maintain nursing documentation and practices in accordance with applicable Oregon requirements and agency policies .
- Serve as a resource and support for our caregivers when nursing questions or concerns arise.
Requirements
- Current and active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience , preferably in a hospital, home care, home health, long-term care, or similar setting
- Ability to successfully pass required state and national background checks
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- A positive, supportive approach to caregiver education and training
