  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs.

  • Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheterization with precision following aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage complex clinical procedures such as wound suturing, tube feeding, ventilator management, and dialysis treatments.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities, medical records, and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9).
  • Provide specialized care in areas such as critical care (ICU/Trauma), emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, neonatal resuscitation, hospice & palliative medicine, and behavioral health.
  • Conduct patient education on health coaching, discharge planning, medication administration, and chronic disease management including long-term care and memory care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals during diagnostic evaluations like laboratory testing or sonography to ensure comprehensive patient care.
