About this role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide full care for a very sweet and funny 14-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. Patient has had a recent increase with seizures. She is non-ambulatory and has limited verbal communication. While she is able to eat by mouth, she also receives supplemental nutrition through a G-tube.
Shifts Avail
- DAYS: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am 4pm (Home and School)
- EVENINGS: Thursday 4:30pm 11pm
- Payrates: $31 - $43/hour
Requirement
Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
