About this role
Full Time Compassionate Resource Nurse (RN) responsible for assuring that Hospice programs are effectively represented to patients, families, and others through pre-assessments, information sharing and/or admissions in a patient's home or in a health care facility. Works with the intake team, referring physician, and other referral sources to promote the hospice philosophy of care.
Schedule
Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30 am - 7 pm. Territory: Albuquerque.

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred. Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse. Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice/home health experience preferred but not required. Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR. Possess and maintains current CPR certification. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
