About this role
Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg, a 5-Star rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in Central VA is seeking a RN Case Manager to join our Hospice team! Full-time position available with complete benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 403B with match, and more. Hours are typically Monday through Friday but will require some on-call and weekends on a rotating basis. The RN Case Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of quality health care services, assuring compliance with corporate standards and federal, state and local regulations.
