About this role

Clinical Education team hiring a Nurse Clinical Educator to join the Family Birthing unit at Presbyterian Hospital. The RN Educator serves as consultant, researcher, instructional and evaluation designer, clinical practice expert, and interprofessional collaborator supporting the clinical development needs of staff throughout the PHS enterprise. The RN Clinical Educator supports the educational components of the organization's clinical initiatives and practices, providing educational activities based on learning needs assessments, utilizing instructional design, training delivery, learning technology, and evaluation methodology. Leads projects to bridge performance gaps system-wide using evidence-based data. Full time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
Associates Degree in Nursing required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Nursing, Nursing Education, Education, Instructional Design, Informatics, Business, Leadership, or Administration preferred
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
PALS Certification
NRP Certification
