About the Role
Panacea Home Healthcare LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our growing team in Springboro OH. This is a one -on-one Home Healthcare. The hours are Monday through Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon. Propestive applicant may also contact Cecilia Dapilah on 513 394 1273 for more information regarding this position. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans Assist client to take her bath medication administration Peg and trach care (The patient trach is capped and the patient is on room air) Document patient progress, changes in condition, and care provided in accordance with agency standards Engage client in recreational activities

Requirements
