LVN/RN Nurse Manager

Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations to ensure quality patient care. Supervising and supporting nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Managing patient flow and ensuring timely, accurate documentation. Assisting in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Providing hands-on patient care when needed, ensuring a positive experience for all. What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled nurse who is ready to lead and inspire. To thrive in this role, you should bring:

A valid LVN or RN license. Must have previous management experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication abilities, with a patient-first mindset.
