RN - Surgery Center - Full Time

Role: Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Requires graduation from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional unit-specific certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required or preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling during shifts.
