About this role

Registered Nurse position in an inpatient setting. Qualifications include a degree from an accredited nursing program, current Texas RN License, BLS certification, ACLS or successful completion within 60 days of hire, 2 years of experience, experience in phase II level of care, and CMSRN certification preferred. Responsibilities include performing assessments, formulating care plans, implementing nursing care, establishing patient care priorities, performing in emergency situations, maintaining documentation, and working as part of a team. Category I exposure to blood borne pathogens, chemical hazards and radiation hazards.
