Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic to join our healthcare team in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting while working collaboratively with providers and other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and treatments according to provider orders.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other outpatient clinical services.
- Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, follow-up care, and health management.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns to providers.
- Collect and process specimens and assist with laboratory testing as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) .
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
- Current BLS certification .
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per week
