Responsibilities of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff on your unit
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Coordinate with medical professionals to deliver optimal care

Qualifications of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager
