Experienced Private Duty Caregivers - AM Shifts - InHome Support for Seniors - $22-$23/HR

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record

*Responsibilities*

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patients’ health status, noting changes in condition or behavior and reporting to family
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
• Support patients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease through memory care techniques and patient engagement
• Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts to ensure safe mobility and prevent injury during transfers
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces

*Experience*

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors
• Proven experience in-home care, home health, hospice care, or companion care.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) desired but not required
• Able to work Independently
• View vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect
• Strong interpersonal skills for working compassionately with seniors and their families while maintaining professional boundaries
