Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN) for a top healthcare services client. This individual will provide hands-on patient care in a clinic setting, supporting Providers through patient screening, treatment administration, education, and follow-up care. Day-to-Day

Provide direct patient care under Provider or RN guidance
Screen patients and monitor symptoms and health needs
Assist Providers with treatment plans and follow-up care
Perform IV therapy and administer prescribed treatments (as applicable)
Educate patients on conditions, care plans, and preventive health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in medical records
Support post-hospital and post-ER follow-ups
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and company policies
Initiate emergency procedures when necessary
Required skills and experience
+
Active Florida RN license
CPR / BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
High school diploma or GED (minimum)
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong patient communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Nice to have skills and experience

2–5 years of experience in:
○ Med-Surg ○ ER ○ ICU ○ Acute Care
Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) • Prior experience in outpatient or clinic-based settings
