Where You Will Work
The Concierge Care Division delivers a high-touch, membership-based ambulatory care model across five clinics in the Greater Charlotte market, providing Concierge Care and Executive Concierge Care services. Care is delivered through a 1:1 physician–RN model with extended appointment times, comprehensive one-day Executive Health Exams, and state-of-the-art technology, all with a strong emphasis on exceptional patient experience and white-glove service. The Float RN provides clinical and operational support across all sites, partnering closely with physicians to deliver personalized, relationship-based care and coordinate services, including patient access to wellness resources as a premium perk.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in an autonomous ambulatory setting and ready to deliver a personalized patient experience. Office hours are traditional Monday-Friday 8-5 no weekends, call, or after hours.
We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Prior Leadership Experience Preferred
5 years of RN and ambulatory experience preferred.
BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
What You’ll Do
Monday - Friday 8-5 traveling to various sites as this role will support multiple practice locations in the Greater Charlotte Market area.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
