The RN Responsibilities Include
Independently caring for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

Qualifications
Certifications and Licensures
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification, if required by department
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
Education
Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience
2 years of RN experience is required. At least one year of RN experience in pre-admission testing is preferred.
