Registered Nurse - Clinical

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and provide patient care during hospital stays, coordinating with the healthcare team using a patient-centered approach. Perform comprehensive assessments, document findings, and evaluate patient needs. Develop and update individualized care plans incorporating evidence-based practices.

Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and communicate care effectively. Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions, ensuring safety and quality care. Provide specialized care for high-risk patients, including restraint and pain management, and address abuse concerns.

Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards. Deliver compassionate, respectful service, and maintain clear, effective communication with patients and families. Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and research activities.

Provide age-appropriate care, promote teamwork, and support professional development. Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.
