About this role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and provide patient care during hospital stays, coordinating with the healthcare team using a patient-centered approach. Perform comprehensive assessments, document findings, and evaluate patient needs. Develop and update individualized care plans incorporating evidence-based practices.

Provide age-appropriate care, promote teamwork, and support professional development. Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.
