Must have experience as DON.
Salary dependent on DON experience.
Responsibilities and
Duties
- Leadership strength and potential is strongest attribute of potential candidate. Responsible for all clinical activities in the facility.
- Leads, manages, and trains licensed nurses and CNA's on successful delivery of care.
