- Valid RN or LPN license in accordance with state licensure requirements
- BLS Certification
- Proven experience in diverse healthcare environments such as critical care units (ICU), emergency medicine, medical-surgical wards, long-term care facilities, or hospice settings
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and infection control protocols
- Experience working with geriatric patients and individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments like dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Skilled in IV insertion, medication administration including injections, phlebotomy, and sterile technique practices
- Ability to perform physical examinations, vital sign assessments, specimen collection/processing
