About this role
Heartview Foundation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team at our Cando location. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and supporting our mission of providing compassionate substance use disorder treatment. Responsibilities include leading and supervising nursing operations for residential, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs, managing nursing staff through scheduling, training, and performance oversight, coordinating patient nursing care, overseeing medication inventory and medication management processes, conducting nursing assessments, screenings, and care planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating Nurse Aide (NA) and Medication Assistant (MAI) certification programs, reviewing medication variance reports, coordinating CPR, First Aid, and other required staff training, and participating in the on-call nursing rotation.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, daytime hours, within a residential setting.
