Requirements
- Minimum one year of recent, directly related Surgery nursing experience
- Associate's degree required, BSN preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required at time of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire or department transfer
- Licensed Registered Nurse with State of Tennessee or Compact State with proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision
