In this travel assignment, you’ll work alongside innovative leaders in the field of neurointerventional radiology, gaining experience in a facility with a comprehensive stroke designation and Trauma Level II status. This is an outstanding prospect for Registered Nurses (RNs) eager to expand their expertise through exposure to advanced procedures and various leadership styles. You’ll boost your credentials as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and tackle new challenges, all while adding essential stroke and neuro IR experience to your resume.

Schedule

  • On call for general IR and neuro vascular emergencies, with a 30-minute response time requirement
  • 12-14 days of call per month (flexible scheduling, discussed case by case)

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure
  • 2-5 years of dedicated NEURO IR experience
  • Comprehensive stroke experience required
  • Ability to respond within 30 minutes for emergencies
  • Trauma Level II experience preferred
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert nursing care in neurointerventional and general IR procedures
  • Respond rapidly and efficiently to emergency stroke and vascular cases
  • Work closely with physicians and support staff to deliver evidence-based care
  • Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after intervention
  • Adhere to exacting safety and quality standards
