About this role
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Field Case Manager. In this role, you will step out of the traditional hospital setting and into the field, acting as the vital link between injured workers, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers. Your mission is to facilitate top-tier medical care, advocate for the patient, and guide them through a safe, efficient return-to-work journey.
As a Field Case Manager, you will manage a dedicated local caseload, attending medical appointments with clients and collaborating directly with treating physicians and therapists. You will use your strong clinical judgment to evaluate treatment plans, ensure medical necessity, and streamline communication among all parties involved in the Workers' Compensation process.
