RN Clinical Manager – Assistive Care in Livingston, NJ. Salary: $90,000- $95,000 per year. PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401k match. Our Assistive Care services focus on helping clients safely remain in their homes by providing personal care, companionship, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs). As a RN Clinical Manager, you'll lead a team of caregivers and field staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong client relationships, and operational excellence. You'll play a key role in supporting both clients and employees while driving office performance.

Requirements
- Active NJ RN license
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active NJ RN license
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare or service industry)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services (preferred)
- Knowledge of private pay home care (preferred)
- Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
