As a Clinical Manager, you'll serve as a clinical leader for our Home Health team—supporting nurses in the field, overseeing documentation and care planning, and helping ensure care is delivered safely, compliantly, and compassionately.

What You'll Do
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians delivering high-quality home health care
- Review OASIS documentation, clinical notes, care plans, and other documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Help ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and BAYADA policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field support visits throughout Hudson County
- Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nurses in the field
- Lead or participate in case conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes
- Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development for newly hired clinicians
- Complete skills validations, competency assessments, and performance coaching for new and tenured team members
- Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, continuity of care, and overall clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
- Home health experience strongly preferred
- OASIS and Medicare documentation knowledge preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting clients and developing clinical teams in the home setting
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time role: exempt
- Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am–5:00pm
- Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits
- Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
