Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Yuma, AZ.
This full-time, direct-hire opportunities provide long-term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced behavioral health environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings
- Support detoxification services and assist with crisis stabilization
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources
- Maintain a safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic environment
- Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in EMR systems
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health
- (Unit-dependent; residential experience preferred for residential roles)
- Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $42–$50/hour (based on experience)
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Inpatient & Crisis Units)

- Fixed 12-hour schedules (no rotation)
