Nurse Medical Floor

Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans. Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others. Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.

Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs. Core
