What this might mean for you
Essentia Health is hiring for its own floors — no agency between you and the manager. The posted pay pencils out to roughly $90k–$138k a year, and there's a sign-on bonus on top. The schedule rotates — ask early how far out they post it; that answer tells you a lot.

Worth asking
What is the base pay range, and which differentials apply for this shift, unit, weekends, holidays, or call?
Which shifts are open, and what are the weekends, holidays, call, and rotation requirements?
What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
What patient load should I expect, how is floating handled, and what staffing support is typical?
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
