*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. *Responsibilities*

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations, following aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
  • Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, suturing, tube feeding, and ventilator management with precision and confidence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop discharge planning strategies and coordinate post-acute care or home & community care services.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate coding using ICD-10/ICD-9 standards for billing and reporting purposes.
  • Perform specimen collection/processing, laboratory testing, and diagnostic evaluations to support clinical decision-making.
  • Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient care activities efficiently while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards such as NCQA.
  • Provide patient education on health coaching topics including chronic disease management, medication administration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Respond promptly to triage calls or emergency situations in urgent care or emergency room settings, demonstrating critical thinking under pressure.
  • Support infection control practices and sterile processing procedures to uphold safety standards across all clinical environments.
