Technician

Hands-On Tech Work

• Prep electronic gaming machines for installation — button decks, toppers, artwork, printers, bill validators, CPUs, and everything in between

• Troubleshoot and refurbish machines and parts before they go out the door

• Build mockups of upcoming bank configurations, sign packages, and floor displays

Warehouse & Organization

• Own the incoming flow of machines and parts, plus a large rotating parts inventory

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently — cleanliness and initiative go a long way here

• Help plan and stage projects so installs go out on schedule

On the Road

• Drive our 26' box truck (non-CDL) to and from project sites, including occasional overnight trips

• Load and unload machines and equipment — this job stays active, not deskbound

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent, required

• 3+ years of electronic gaming machine experience preferred — but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate

• Bench tech experience is a plus; familiarity with electrical work is a bonus, not a must

• Comfortable with frequent heavy lifting

• Must pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening, and maintain them

• Must pass an extensive licensing background investigation and maintain clearance to work on casino gaming floors

• High level of organization, cleanliness, and initiative — you see what needs to be done and do it

• Flexible availability, primarily Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; schedules are set in advance, though installs and emergencies can occasionally mean extra hours

Duties may be changed, expanded, reduced, or adjusted to meet business needs. Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and, where applicable, approval of a tribal gaming license from the relevant gaming commission.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
