About this role
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Registered Nurse, Dialysis to work in a medical center located in Torrance, CA. Candidates will need a minimum of one (1) recent year of Hemodialysis nursing experience in a Level I Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population. RNs will be providing dialysis treatments for critical patients, often in ICUs, treating acute kidney injuries or chronic renal failure complications, and assessing their progress. RNs are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring hemodialysis treatment for acute and chronic fluid overload and electrolyte imbalances.
Pay Rate: $48/hr for the first 8 hours $72/hrfor the last 4 hours *per diem

RNs will be responsible for
Assessing patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments. Monitoring vital signs, including treatment responses. Initiating and managing vascular access devices. Operating and maintaining dialysis equipment. Administering prescribed medications. Providing rapid intervention for complications.
