Providers, Counselors, REI Nurses and Third-Party support staff to provide FDA compliant, timely, and professional services. The Registered Nurse will also serve in our surgical center and will train to perform all functions as needed during the pre-operative, surgical and post-operative phases of patient care.
Essential Functions And Accountabilities
Coordinate the care, management, and treatment of fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. Implement provider-directed diagnostic and treatment plans in accordance with established clinical workflows, policies, and practice guidelines. Review medical records and laboratory results, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and ensure FDA documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available.
Communicate test results, treatment instructions, and provide patient education, setting appropriate expectations and supporting informed decision-making. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by performing nursing interventions, providing emotional support, addressing concerns, and promoting patient safety. Serve as a liaison among providers, patients, interdisciplinary teams, and external third party agencies to coordinate care and optimize the patient’s experience.
Collaborate with REI nurses to support patients and resolve patient concerns using a multidisciplinary approach. Assist providers with in-office procedures as needed. Participate in the education, training, and mentorship of nursing staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Academic Training
- Active RN license without limitations -required
- BCLS and/or ACLS -required
- BSN Degree-highly preferred
Position Requirements/Experience
- Must be able to work weekend- required
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience – required
- Prior experience in women’s healthcare –preferred

Proficient in nursing assessment Proficient in computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
