*About the Role*

We are seeking experienced *Operating Room Nurses* to join our accredited ambulatory surgery centers. This position is ideal for RNs who want a fast‑paced surgical environment *without nights, weekends, or holidays*.

The OR Nurse provides safe, high‑quality perioperative care for patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures and collaborates closely with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure excellent outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Perform patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using the *nursing process*
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operative procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative experience
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
• Respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations
• Uphold all center policies, protocols, and regulatory standards

*Qualifications*

• Graduate of an *Accredited School of Nursing*
• Current RN licensure in Delaware or Compact State
• Current BCLS Certification
