*Registered Nurse- Operating Room- Ambulatory Surgery Center* *Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem* *Glasgow Surgery Center & First State Surgery Center – Delaware* *About the Role* We are seeking experienced *Operating Room Nurses* to join our accredited ambulatory surgery centers. This position is ideal for RNs who want a fast‑paced surgical environment *without nights, weekends, or holidays*. The OR Nurse provides safe, high‑quality perioperative care for patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures and collaborates closely with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure excellent outcomes. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using the *nursing process* * Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operative procedures * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative experience * Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff * Respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations
