The Webb School is seeking a dedicated School Nurse with an Emergency Department background and a strong interest in athletic healthcare. Reporting to the Director of Health Services, this role bridges general school nursing with sports medicine leadership. Key responsibilities include athletic health and sports medicine program oversight, injury care and prevention, safety protocol development, general school nursing and health operations, direct patient care, care planning, staff training and education, records and compliance management, mandatory reporting, and department collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (BSN preferred)
Active RN License
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience strongly preferred
Additional certifications in concussion management or emergency care instruction (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
