Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the emergency department. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care. Maintain patient confidentiality and rights. Perform clinical duties including lifting, turning patients, and responding to high-risk exposures. Utilize unit-specific equipment and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN). Eligible for licensure and certification (current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation). Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and perform physically demanding tasks. No prior experience required. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
