Position
Requirements
Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
2+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Key
Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment
Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition
Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies
Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
