How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following established clinical standards and organizational protocols to maximize patient safety and comfort.
  • Manage individualized patient care plans by continually monitoring health progress and adapting interventions to ensure optimal recovery and treatment outcomes.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and highly integrated care for every patient.
  • Execute medical orders with precision, accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing directives to maintain a safe, continuous healing environment.
  • Champion smooth patient transitions by proactively assessing and planning for discharge needs alongside the healthcare team, setting patients up for success at home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional requirements you'll need

At least a year of acute care bedside experience.
