*Pacific Sports and Spine* is seeking a *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to join our team.

Pacific Sports and Spine is an interventional pain management clinic. We have 4 locations including a physical therapy office, a satellite clinic in Sutherlin and a surgery center in Springfield. Our physicians are involved in clinical research and can offer our patients cutting edge technology.

*The NP/PA will provide services to patients to include:*

  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and implement a plan of care
  • Order, interpret and provide follow up on diagnostic studies
  • Document all relevant patient care issues in permanent medical record
  • Provide medical care in accordance with accepted practice standards
  • Collaborate with other members of the team
  • Monitor and manage patients appropriately and refer to other specialists as needed

  • National certification as a NP or PA
  • Current DEA license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Basic Life Support

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
