About this role
The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at UVA Health Northern VA Culpeper by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health. Full-time 7p-7a. $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Current RN licensure in applicable state required
- CPI certification within three months of hire required
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills on groups of patients
- Ability to assume charge responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
