Green Meadows Rehab and Nursing in Malvern, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.
Pay & Benefits:
· Up to $39/hour

All shifts available:
• 7:00am–3:00pm PT
• 11:00pm–7:00am PT

Responsibilities:
· Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
· Administer medications and treatments as ordered
· Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
· Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
Requirements:
· Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
· Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
· New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
