Role: Clinic Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily clinic functions, including nursing, business office, and medical staff relations. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate clinic operations, financial management, staffing, and services to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and resolve operational issues. Assist with budget planning, facility improvements, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintain open communication with providers and monitor medical activities for quality care. Lead staffing processes including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee development. Address administrative and medical problems and foster a professional, morale-boosting environment. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in the state of practice. Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Visual acuity and sound judgment to perform nursing and administrative duties.
