*Position Overview*

We are seeking an *experienced, results-driven Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator* with a strong history of *closing $100,000+ in surgical revenue per month*. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment, understands the elective surgery patient journey, and consistently delivers both patient satisfaction and measurable growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Manage the *entire surgical sales process* — inquiry, follow-up, consultation coordination, quote presentation, financial arrangements, scheduling, and post-operative follow-up.
  • Deliver a *white-glove, concierge-level patient experience* while maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Confidently *present and close high-value surgical cases ($10K–$50K+)* with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with our board-certified surgeon, patient care coordinators, OR staff and non-surgical team to ensure a seamless patient journey and efficient handoffs.
  • Track and report KPIs (consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and collected revenue).
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems (our proprietary software, Ad Vital).
  • Educate patients about procedures, financing, and surgical timelines, ensuring informed decisions and patient trust.

*Required Qualifications*

  • *3–5 years of recent experience as a Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery Coordinator* in a high-volume aesthetic practice (*required*).
  • Proven ability to *close $100,000+ in surgical revenue monthly* with *consult-to-surgery conversion 60%.*
  • Strong knowledge of plastic surgery procedures for face, breast, and body.
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Experience managing patient financing (Cherry, CareCredit, PatientFi, Alphaeon, etc.).
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
  • Professional appearance, composure, and confidence consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building.
  • Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced environment.

*Preferred Experience*

  • Understanding of non-surgical treatments and ability to identify surgical candidates from medspa leads.
  • Familiarity with EMR/CRM software for tracking and reporting.

*Full-time: *The position offers a *base salary of $50,000,* with a commission and *bonus structure that allows candidates to earn $65,000 to $125,000 annually.*
