WV Caring is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our After-Hours Hospice Team serving Randolph/Tucker/Pocahontas Counties.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to after-hours patient and family needs
  • Provide skilled nursing assessments and interventions
  • Manage symptoms and urgent clinical concerns
  • Support patients and families during end-of-life care
  • Coordinate with physicians, triage staff, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Complete admissions and emergency visits as needed
  • Ensure compassionate, high-quality hospice care after business hours

Qualifications

  • Current West Virginia RN License
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience required
  • Hospice, Home Health, ICU, ER, Oncology, or Med-Surg experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently
