About this role

The Clinical Nurse III is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. The CN III performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.
