Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing all aspects of clinic operations, including nursing, business functions, and staff relations. Provides nursing services as needed and ensures efficient, cost-effective delivery of care. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily clinic activities, manage budgets, staffing, and services to optimize efficiency. Collect data, prepare reports, analyze statistics, and address operational issues. Assist with budget planning, facility improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain open communication with providers, monitor medical activities for quality care, and ensure credentialing and licensure adherence. Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate staff to foster a professional and positive environment. Perform nursing duties following accepted standards and principles. Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state. Strong communication skills, visual acuity, and ability to work effectively within a team.
