Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Key
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standard of care

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
