RN - Trauma Medical/Surgical - Full Time Days

Role: The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care during hospitalization, coordinating with the healthcare team using a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Performing comprehensive assessments, developing and modifying individualized care plans, administering medications, documenting care, providing patient and family education, and ensuring safety and infection control. They recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions, assist with procedures, and deliver specialized care to high-risk patients.

Qualifications &

Skills

Licensed as an RN in the relevant state, with certifications such as BLS. Demonstrates technical proficiency, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality care and professional development. Maintains a safe environment and adheres to policies and procedures.
