How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead the delivery of compassionate clinical care by executing personalized treatment plans that align with the highest standards of safety and excellence.
  • Champion the patient’s recovery journey by vigilantly monitoring health trends and communicating critical status changes to the care team to ensure rapid, effective interventions.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary care efforts as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring that every specialist and department is seamlessly aligned for a holistic healing experience.
  • Translate complex medical orders into action by meticulously carrying out physician and nursing directives to maintain the integrity of the patient’s care path.
  • Architect seamless transitions of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and prepare patients for a safe, successful discharge back to their homes and communities.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
