What we offer: • A schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call! • A wide variety of patient cases and supportive team culture • Innovative surgeries using our Da Vinci and ROSA robots • Expanding service lines to support total joint replacements, pain management and many areas of high-demand patient care • Center-wide celebrations and staff recognition events • Incredible Benefits including 401k with employer match • Generous Paid Time Off (over 3 weeks in 1st year) • Parking just steps away from the entrance • Beautiful location with access to hiking and biking trails right outside our door Key Responsibilities • Provides safe, therapeutic and quality driven care to patients. • Communicates appropriate patient care information to all pre-operative or post-anesthetic team members. • Carries out physician orders correctly and promptly. • Communicates and interacts with patients, families and peers in a positive and supportive manner. • Participates in improving Center’s clinical performance and patient satisfaction scores Key Requirements • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Michigan RN licensure • BLS certification. • ACLS and PALS certifications required within one (1) year of employment. • One or more years demonstrated pre-operative or post-anesthetic experiences and skills with knowledge of accepted ASPAN and State Dept. of Health standards. • Knowledgeable of common medications and their relationship to anesthetics and the surgical process.
